1. Can I order a special meal (kosher, vegetarian or lactose free)?
 
CanJet does not offer special meals, if you have allergies we strongly suggest you bring your own snacks for your flight.

2. Do we need to confirm our flight 24 hours prior to departure?
 
You are only required to call the flight status line prior to leaving for the airport.

3. Do you have bassinettes on your aircraft?
 
No, we do not have bassinets on our aircraft.

4. I have a CPAP machine (for sleep apnea), how do I proceed?
 
CanJet strongly suggest that you bring your machine onboard as a carry-on.

5. What can I bring in my carry-on?

6. Can I bring a wedding dress on board?
 
Exceptionally, a wedding dress in a garment bag, may be carried on board, and can be laid out or gently rolled up in the overhead bin. There are no closet facilities on board our aircraft for such accommodation.

7. Can I still book flights directly with CanJet?
 
No, all bookings are booked directly with the Tour Operator or a travel agent.

8. When I look for my flight number it’s telling my flight does not exist, why?
 
On your ticket you will see for example C6939, C6 is the airline code; therefore your flight number is 939.

9. How do I make changes to my flight?
 
If you wish to make changes to your reservations or cancel please contact your travel agent or Tour Operator. CanJet is the carrier only and cannot make any changes to your itinerary.

10. Does CanJet offer first or club class?
 
No, CanJet does not offer first or club class.

11. What is exempt from the restrictions of liquids in my carry-on?
 
Items exempt from the restrictions on liquids include baby formula, baby food, and milk for passengers traveling with infants and prescriptions and essential non-prescription medicines.
