2. Boarding Procedures
- Unless purchased in advance, CanJet customers will receive seat assignments at the check-in counter or gate on a first come, first serve basis.
- Courtesy pre-boarding is provided for passengers traveling with infants or small children, and special needs passengers.
Note: CanJet reserves the right to refuse boarding to passengers who appear to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, those behaving in a manner which may cause distress, strife, damage or injury to other passengers or crew, and to passengers who neglect personal hygiene.
